  5.     This file contains some questions which are asked frequently.  Please
  6. peruse this file- you may find a simple answer to what seems to be a perplexing
  7. question.
  8.  
  9. 1) Why can't I close a single note by itself?  It seems that all I can do is
  10. close all of them at once (with Kill stickies).

  12.     You can close one at a time, through the note's context menu.  Right-
  13. click the title bar (the slightly darker area of the note at its top) and a
  14. menu will appear.  Select "Close" from this menu.

  16. 2) Why can't I change the characteristics of a note after I've created it?

  18.     You can, again through the note's context menu.  Right-click the title
  19. bar (the slightly darker area of the note at its top) and a menu will appear.
  20. From this menu you can change the font, font color and note color.  You can
  21. hide the sticky, and toggle Always on Top behavior.

  23. 3) The installation procedure fails when copying files.  What is wrong?
  24.  
  25.     You are probably running StickyNote when you run Setup, and trying
  26. to overwrite the running version.  Windows doesn't allow you to write to files
  27. that are active.  You need to close any running copies of StickyNote before
  28. you run Setup.  This is specified in the first window of the Setup procedure.

  30. 4) Something is wrong...

  32.     Something very well could be wrong.  Write me at
  33. "ccarrill@fas.harvard.edu" and explain your problem in detail.  I'll be able
  34. to tell you how to correct it, or correct it myself.
